1.    Examine the basic principles of organization Design.
Answer: Organizational design is the way an organization is to be structured and operated by its members. It is both a plan and process. You will find that there is no one theory of organizational design. Some major theories you will run across include the following.  Weber's Bureaucratic Model is a classic model of organizational design that is still in use today. It involves structuring an organization hierarchically with formal rules and procedures that govern the organization and its members.

2.    Explain the different Marketing Environments and the role ofCulture and Subculture.
Answer: Firms are affected by lots of different things; a firm's marketing environment is made up of all of the things that affect the way it operates. Some of the factor's in a firm's marketing environment can be controlled by the firm but some are uncontrollable. Firms need to understand their marketing environment so that they can make the most of positive factors and manage the impact of negative factors. A firm's marketing environment can be spilt into three parts: internal environment, macro environment and micro environment.

3.    Explain the importance of consumer behavior for marketers.
Answer: Understanding of the consumer behaviour begins with study of the consumer buying process. Consumer buying process is five step activities. The starting with need recognition, which leads to information search, once information is obtained from different sources next step, is the evaluation and intent where in consumer evaluates various parameters of the product or service. The next step in five-step activity is the purchase decision where in intent is converted into an actual purchase of the good or the service. The final step is post-purchase

4.    Describe the techniques and methods for designing Organization Structure.
Answer: The following outline summarizes the essential steps in designing a sound organisation structure:-
Step 1:  Clarify, in writing, the over-all objectives desired for the organisation as a whole asking yourself - Why was the organisation established and what is it now trying to accomplish?
Step 2:  Determine what major activities are necessary in order to achieve desired objectives and results?
