Question. 1. “Self-awareness is the conscious recognition of one’s inner most feelings, thoughts,character, motives and desires”. Illustrate, citing the importance of Self-awareness.

Answer:Self-awareness (sometimes also referred to as self-knowledge or introspection) is about understanding your own needs, desires, failings, habits, and everything else that makes you tick. The more you know about yourself, the better you are at adapting life changes that suit your needs.

Of course, self-awareness is a big part of both therapy and philosophy. It's also the basis of the quantified self movement, which assumes that if you collect data about yourself you can make improvements based on that data. The New York Times breaks down the roots like so:

Question. 2. Explain Heuristic Method and Catwoe Analysis as tools of problem solving.

Answer:The term “Heuristic” refers to Armstrong who was the exponent of this strategy. Pollion and Dankar (1945) called it “problem solving”. It is based on the psychological principles of "trial and error" theory. Logical and imaginative thinking are perquisites for his type of teaching strategy. It is an economical and speedy strategy.

Answer:The modern concept of time management - the act of planning the amount of time you spend on which activities - really began with Frederick Taylor's scientific management techniques. His goal was to increase worker productivity. To do this, he conducted time and motion studies and began to focus on the best ways for jobs to be performed to maximize the work completed in a given amount of time.

Answer:Delegation is an art, not a science. So, there is no definite principle to follow for improving the skill of delegation. Manager will have to improve it only by experience.
